This Week’s Meal Plan: 2/13 – 2/19
Ryan’s birthday is this week, he is
a Valentine’s Day baby. And we have realized that going out on his birthday is
not fun! So, we will have a nice dinner at home with the kids and go out
another night and hopefully take in a play.
Breakfast
Peach and Blueberry Baked Oatmeal
(left-over from last week); Granola with yogurt; Cottage Cheese Pancakes; Eggs and
Toast; Egg Puff; Fritatta
Lunch
Left-overs mostly; Black Bean
Quesadillas; Frozen soup; Grilled Cheese; PB&J
Snacks
Butternut Spice Bars (didn’t get to
these last week); Hummus and Veggies; Cheese and Fruit; Nuts and Fruit; Banana
PB Chocolate Smoothie; Strawberry Smoothies; Chewy Oatmeal Cookies
Dinner
- Monday – Venison Fried Rice
- Tuesday – Dungeoness Crab, Asparagus and Coconut Pie (Ryan’s Birthday)
- Wednesday – Chicken Potpie with lima beans
- Thursday – Chicken Cordon Bleu and Salad
- Friday – Venison Stroganoff with peas
- Saturday – Soup from the freezer
- Sunday – Pizza
