Another change of plans meant another changed menu last week. We didn’t get to go away for the weekend due to my daughter being sick – so that meant more meals at home. But we had plenty of food and left-overs on hand so it wasn’t a big deal to find something to eat. This week I plan to use the grill and crockpot even more as we have a heat advisory through Wednesday. I’m also trying to get closer to the way God intended us to eat with even more whole grains and less processed foods. I might even try making some of my own condiments, I’ve done ketchup before and need to do it again.
Italicized items below are already in my pantry, fridge or freezer.
