This Week's Meal Plan: 5/9-5/17

Usually I do our grocery shopping on Wednesdays to take advantage of double coupon day at our local store - if there is anything good on sale.  But this week we have a dentist appointment on Wednesday, so I thought I would share our meal plan for the week with you.  You may notice that lunch is not included.  For lunches we often have left-overs, peanut butter and jelly, grilled cheese, quesadillas, homemade mac and cheese (Jessica Seinfeld style with hidden veggies) or soup from the freezer.  We don't typically decide on what we will eat for lunch until the day of, but most often it is left-overs.  Oh and the Pizza on Tuesdays is due to taking Financial Peace University at church - something quick and easy before heading off to class for the evening.

Breakfast:  Cold Cereal
Dinner:  Venison Fajitas with black beans and corn (recipe coming)

Breakfast:  Steel cut oats with dates and boiled eggs
Dinner:  Pizza and salad

Breakfast:  Yogurt and fruit with granola (recipe coming)
Dinner:  Quesadillas

Breakfast:  Eggs and english muffins
Dinner:  Indian style Veggies with Paneer

Breakfast:  Peanut butter and banana toast
Dinner:  Roasted tofu and veggies (recipe coming)

Breakfast:  Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Dinner:  Fish and Salad

Breakfast:  Scrambled eggs and toast
Dinner:  Red beans and rice

Breakfast:  Morning Hot Cereal Mix (recipe coming)
Dinner:  Shrimp Fried Rice

Breakfast:  Caramelized Onion, Spinach & Ham Strata (recipe coming)
Dinner:  Pizza and Salad
